Why is it that the holier-than-thou in America, aka liberal progressives, feel it is their “right” to impose their opinions,
feelings and morals on everyone else in the country? What brazen arrogance have they acquired from all their
questionable “successes”, assuming that they have any?
Liberals seem compelled to force their views of the world upon everyone. Traditional people don’t – and I’d submit that
their conservative ideas work extremely well every time they’re implemented.
I’ve been noticing some very concrete distinctions between liberal progressives and traditional conservatives. Some of
the differences are truly startling. I’ve compiled a list of some of the more noticeable issues currently under debate.
Guns: If a conservative doesn't like guns, he or she doesn’t buy one. If a liberal doesn't like guns, then no one should be
allowed to own one.
Animal Rights: If a conservative is a vegetarian, they don't eat meat. If a liberal is, they want to ban all meat products for
everyone.
Foreign Affairs: If a conservative sees a foreign threat, he thinks about how to defeat his enemy. A liberal wonders how
to “open a dialogue” to surrender gracefully and still look good.
Sexual Orientation: If a conservative is homosexual, they quietly enjoy their life. If a liberal is homosexual, they loudly
demand legislated respect.
Equal Opportunity: If a black man or Hispanic is conservative, they see themselves as independently successful. Their
liberal counterparts see themselves as victims in need of government protection.
Work Ethic: If a conservative is down-and-out, he thinks about how to better his situation. A liberal wonders who is going
to take care of him.
Free Speech: If a conservative doesn't like a talk show host, he switches channels.
Liberals demand that those they don't like be shut down.
Religion and Faith: If a conservative is a non-believer, he doesn't go to church. A liberal wants all churches to be silenced.
Health Care: If a conservative decides he needs health care, he goes about shopping for it, or may choose a job that
provides it. A liberal demands that his neighbors pay for his.
