Useful Idiots
To hear ABC News’ Diane Sawyer tell it, the Occupy Wall Street protests have spread across the country and into
“thousands of countries” worldwide. (Sorry Diane, but there’s only a couple of hundred nations on the entire planet.)
Still, what is it –exactly- that these people want? Occupy Wall Street and its satellite protests around the country
have the same hand signals, the same slogans, and the same general procedures. They claim to represent the “99
percent” and they believe “Banks got bailed out we got sold out.” Okay. I get it. But after that, they have trouble
answering a simple question: What do you want?
The Media Research Center took a straightforward, journalistic look at the protests – and protesters. MRC asked the
protestors a set list of questions, and let them do almost all the talking. A complete video can be found at www.

Some of the questions included: Do you Support single payer? Should government mandate a livable wage? Should
we have an open borders immigration policy? Should there be a 50% cut in military spending?
NONE of them had a clue what the Dodd-Frank “reform” was and yet they are out there protesting our financial
system.
A question about military spending received the most memorable response. One idiot answered: “If we are only
going to use our military for military reasons… I would ask for 100 percent cut”
These have got to be some of the biggest morons found on the planet –ever! They are truly “Useful Idiots.” No clue
what they are protesting, just throwing up liberal loon talking points. This is a good sampling of liberal Democrat
voters in this country.
These idiots want anything prefaced by the word “free.” Free money, free education, free housing, free iPads, free
laptops, free wireless internet, free cell phones, FREE! They are the product of decades of organized brainwashing
and believe that a handout is owed to them, and that’s always better than having to actually work and earn anything.
The only thing Americans are entitled to is to get off our asses and make something of ourselves.
The sad fact is that the 60′s Hippie movement took hold of that generation’s teenagers and utterly destroyed it. The
protesters you’re seeing and hearing now, in these “Occupy Whatever” assemblies are the children of that
generation. Hey, kids! How about going back to college and getting a degree in something that can apply to the real
world? Pottery Making 101 just doesn’t go as far as it did 2000 years ago, and Gender Studies…well, I still couldn’t
tell you what kind of profession requires that.
Maybe they just want their baby “binky” and someone to tuck them in, comb their hair, and brush their teeth, because
they are incapable of doing anything on their own except to stand in traffic.
I really don’t give a shit what they want.
But I’ve got a good idea what they need. It’s called ASKITA. (A Swift Kick In The Ass.)
Some of them could also use a bar of soap.
